Outlook Integration

Baucore is integrated into Outlook via a standard Salesforce plugin with an additional Baucore-specific component. When receiving an email, users can open a Salesforce/Baucore sidebar directly inside Outlook. From there, they can search for existing construction objects or create new ones and manually attach the email to the corresponding construction project without leaving Outlook.
