Use Cases for Integration of Project Lead to Salesforce Lead

A Project Lead can also be created automatically when you’re using the standard Salesforce Lead and Lead Conversion process — you don’t have to give up standard Lead capture to get Baucore’s qualification workflow.

Example

Simon is an architect currently planning a hotel project at Munich Airport. While researching materials, he finds Building Inc’s website and a product he needs for his project.

He fills out a contact form to download the product’s specification sheet and BIM file. One of the form fields asks for the name and address of the project he’s currently working on. That information lands on a Lead record in Salesforce.

Cindy, working in Building Inc’s back office, gets notified that a new Lead has been created. After reviewing it, she converts the Lead to an Account and a Contact.

Baucore automatically creates a Project Lead from the information Simon entered on the contact form, and creates him as a Participant of that Project Lead.
