Use Stakeholder Map to see relationship intensity

The Stakeholder Map shows which Participants have worked together on Projects in the past. The strength (thickness) of the lines shows how frequently those Accounts have appeared together on Projects; the size of each node shows how many Projects have been won for your products.

Where to find it

• On a Project, from the Stakeholders tab.
• On a Project Lead, from the Stakeholders tab.

Reading the map

Click any line between two nodes to see detailed information on which Projects those Participants have won or lost together in the past.

In the standard version of Baucore, all Participants appear in the same colour by default. Node colour is driven by the Stakeholder Color field on the Account object — ask your administrator to set up a workflow that populates this field automatically, based on conditions like Customer Classification, so the map communicates more at a glance.
