You may want to deactivate the Baucore package’s New Project and New Project Lead flow. This isn’t recommended, but it is possible.
Disable for Project
Go to Setup > Object Manager > Project > Buttons, Links, and Actions > New > Edit, then choose the desired option for Salesforce Classic Override, Lightning Experience Override, and Mobile Override. For standard Salesforce behavior, choose No override for Classic and Standard page for the others. You can also point these overrides at a custom Visualforce page or Lightning component if you have one.
Disable for Project Lead
Go to Setup > Object Manager > Project Lead > Buttons, Links, and Actions > New > Edit, and configure the same three override options the same way.
