Features:

  • Watchlist – Participant Linking Fixes: Contacts are now correctly linked to their parent account regardless of the order in which participant suggestions are accepted, and person and company suggestions no longer overwrite each other or surface mismatched duplicate candidates.
  • Watchlist – Usability: Added a manual retrieve button for accepted possible projects, clearer fetching messages, improved handling of terminated projects, and more reliable data retrieval through refresh-token support.
  • Quote Editor (QLE v2) – Field Groups: Admins can define named field groups via a new Field Groups component attribute. Users show or hide each group from a Fields menu in the toolbar, adding or removing all of its columns at once, and each user’s choice is remembered per object and editor.
  • Quote Editor (QLE v2) – Editing: The grid stays interactive during operational auto-save, with Arrow Up/Down cell navigation, a new-line shortcut that inserts below the active line, and copy-field badges that show the real object label.
  • Participant Management – Configurable Form Fields: Admins can define which additional fields appear on the New Participant form by choosing either a Page Layout or a Field Set, configured in the new Participant Management section of App Setup (off by default). The form also now honors required flags from the page layout and field set.
  • Provider Data Handling: ibau internal-server-error handling and phone/fax normalization; a ABI now alows Main Project integration and SpecifiQ input sanitization that prevents the “Illegal value for primitive” conversion error.
  • Automatic Picklist Provisioning: New picklist values required by the provider mappings can now be added automatically – open App Setup → Troubleshooting and click Add Missing Picklist Values in the Repair Provider Mapping Picklists card. No manual setup or Anonymous Apex is needed, and the action is safe to re-run (existing values are detected and skipped).
  • Sync & Project Data: Project phase now maps to Project_phase__c; project upsert supports scheduler saved searches and posts Chatter notifications; and Mark as Winner now queries custom section filter fields correctly.
