Features:

Contractor Recommendation:

  • New flow supporting classic and lightning email templates and accountlist placeholder. The old version can still be used. Using the project quickaction “Contractor Recommendation Full Width”, the flow that is launched can be updated from Setup Page -> Contractor recommendation -> Contractor Recommendation Flow Name. New Flow Name: Baucore Recommendation Lightning Template.

Project Lead Conversion:

  • Choose to transfer activities as well to the new Project, it can be set and unset on Setup -> Project Lead Qualification.

Geocoding:

  • New API

Project Decision:

  • On setup page added button to rever to default value.

Fixes:

Project Status Setting:

  • Fixed issue on scheduler process.

Ibau:

  • Fixed Manual Sync to update data.
  • Fixed multipicklists mapping.

Note:

  1. Rename Inquiry to Quote to Quote Request.
  2. An authorization for baucore.api will pop-up on installation, it’s used for our improved geo location service.
  3. The package is already in the Spring Release 2024.
  4. A lookup to ibsbaucore__Bauobjekt__c was created on the Activity Entity, at this moment Salesforce doesn’t allow more than one.
