Features

Opportunity Management

• Field-Sync Options

  • Reflect change on all opportunities – New toggle that propagates edits to opportunity sync fields across every related opportunity, not just the active ones.
  • Respect Record Access – If enabled, automatic updates to Opportunity records will only be performed on records where the current user has both read and edit access. Opportunities that the user cannot access or update will be skipped without any error or notification.

• Automatic Stage & Forecast Logic

  • Participant status now drives Opportunity Stage and ForecastCategory:
    • Won + Buyer → Closed Won / Closed
    • Won + Buyer → Indirect Closed Won / Omitted
    • Won (Competitor) → Closed Lost
    • Lost → Cancelled
  • Changing isActive re-calculates ForecastCategory automatically (Active → mapped value, Inactive → Omitted).

• Opportunity Stage Settings

  • New admin table lets you map “Closed Won”, “Indirect Closed Won”, “Closed Lost”, and “Cancelled” to any Salesforce stage.

• Default Configuration Upgrades

  • Participant-role defaults, phase-role defaults, and exclusion of Our Company role are prefilled on fresh installs.

• Pre-populate Fields on Project Mask

  • Pick which Lead or Opportunity fields feed Name and Address in the New Project search.

• Opportunity Contact-Role Sync

  • Contact roles are now created/updated in both directions when participants or opportunities are added.

Project Creation & Match Flow

• Record-Type Filter – optional filter that shows only matching Projects/Main Projects with the same record type.
• Address Handling
  • UK cities and non-US state values are now auto-captured.

Record Comparer

• Field-Comparison Component – select which field values you want to merge between records.

Participant Management

• Account/Contact/Lead cards now collapse duplicate rows and list roles comma-separated.
• Edit pencil appears only when exactly one participant record is addressable.
• Fix Now toast can be disabled in Setup.
• Go to Record button added on Account Card.

IBAU Enhancements

• Project Type Filter added; deprecated New flag removed.
• Contact Sync 2.0
  • New Contact IbauId field on Contact & Lead.
  • Contact ↔ Contact and Contact ↔ Lead mappings (new tabs in IBAU Setup).
  • “Contacts” tab in Company Card now shows sync status and one-click autosync.
• Uses Salesforce Duplicate Rules for smarter match-ups; single-match auto-selects even without an IBAU Id.

Admin & Diagnostics

• Sync Task Lifecycle
  • New status values In Progress and Completed with processing logic to match.
• Diagnostic Manager  on setup page, cleans historic Diagnostic/Project Sync queue records.
• My Company Account metadata cleans itself when the referenced Account is deleted.

Bugfixes

• Duplicate participant creation eliminated under rapid entry.
• Map component reliably loads after auto-address population.
• Score calculation corrected for New Project / Project Lead created via mask.
• Opportunity Contact Role missing on auto-created opportunities and Contact field missing on participant sync both fixed.

** Review Opportunity Stage Settings**

Navigate to Baucore Admin → Opportunity Management → Stage Settings and verify the four new stage categories map to the correct Salesforce stages for your pipeline.
