Create Quote for an existing BOQ

If a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) already exists, you can select it and start the Inquiry to Quote flow directly from the BOQ record. You can also start the flow from the Project record instead — one of the flow’s steps will show you a selection of existing BOQ records to choose from.
Start from the BOQ record
Use the New Inquiry quick action on the BOQ record. The process automatically recognizes the existing BOQ and continues to create a new Quote from it.
