Use Cases for Processor Recommendation
Processor Recommendation is used to put the right Accounts as Participants on a Project — increasing the closing rate, and building the Loyalty of the Processors involved.
Example
Tim, a Sales Rep at Building Inc responsible for the Austrian market, calls Simon, one of his architects. Tim learns Simon has a new project at Munich Airport. Since Tim uses Baucore’s Supply Chain view, he’s noticed that Simon’s past project decisions haven’t always used Tim’s products. To make sure Processors loyal to Building Inc are involved this time, he starts the Processor Recommendation process.
The project is in Munich, an area where Tim doesn’t personally know which Processors are loyal to Building Inc. With Processor Recommendation, Tim sees every Processor near the project’s area, along with each one’s Loyalty and Performance indicators — making it easy to decide who to recommend to Simon.
Simon receives an automatically generated email listing the Processors Tim recommends for the project. The recommended Processors also receive an email letting them know they were recommended for this project.
The result: Tim improves his closing rate by getting the right Processors involved, and the recommended Processors are glad to have been put forward for the project.
