AI Project Match

  • Purpose – AI analyzes extracted data to suggest related projects and ranks them with a visual score indicator.
  • Activation – Enable via Baucore Setup App → Baucore Agents → Baucore Project Match. After enabling, clear the Platform Cache and reset the Baucore Settings cache for full effect.

  • Automated email capture and record creation.

How It Works
  • Inbound Email – Received via the Baucore Email Service or Outlook add-in (Baucore Inbox for Outlook LWC).
  • Extraction – Automatically parses sender, participants, project information, and intent.
  • Ingestion – Matches incoming data to existing Salesforce records or creates new Project records.
How to Enable (Admins)
  1. Grant External Credential Access – Assign the Baucore Inbox permission set to users who should have access.
  2. Create Email Service – In Baucore Setup App → Baucore Agents → General, select the handler class Inbox_EmailService_Handler and click Create Email Service. Use the generated email address for inbound project communication.
Setup Options
  • Intent → Flow Mapping – Define which Flow runs for each detected intent; optionally add descriptive guidance for users.
  • Flexible Field Mapping – Map provider fields (email data) to Salesforce fields (Project, Lead, Account, Contact).

IBAU

When syncing an account in the IBAU application, if the project already exists in Salesforce and is linked, creating or syncing a participant will automatically add that participant to the project. If the role is mapped, it will be assigned automatically. If the role is not mapped, the system will prompt the user to choose a role, just like in the manual project sync when adding participants.

Participant Management

Duplicated control - This setting controls the rule that blocks creating or updating a participant when another record already exists with the same combination of Role, Account, Contact/Lead and Project (including Project Lead/Main Project). To temporarily bypass this validation while you clean up existing duplicate participants, turn this setting on (no error will be raised), this can be done on Baucore Setup -> Participant Management -> Bypass participant duplicated check toggle. Once the data is fixed and you want the protection back, turn it off again.

Required Steps for This Release

🚨 MANDATORY ACTION: Manual configuration required for Baucore Inbox App customers. ⚠️ Failure to complete this step will cause the Baucore Inbox App to malfunction.

How to Apply the Required Configuration
  1. Go to: Setup → Object Manager → Prov Field Mapping → Provider
  2. Add a new picklist value:
    • Label: baucoreInbox
    • API Name: baucoreInbox
  3. Click Save.

🔴 This step cannot be automated through the package upgrade and must be done manually.

Page Layout Considerations

  • Project Details field now appears at the top of the Project record page layout.
  • We recommend reviewing and adjusting page layouts accordingly, as the relocation of the Project Details field may affect existing layouts.
